Charleston, SC Office

Marketing Content Creator

Tasks:

  • Plan & create exciting, engaging, and aesthetically cohesive content that works to build and maintain a captivating social media presence for the brand (Instagram Posts & Reels, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.)
  • When necessary, work with design team and/or influencer marketing coordinator to execute content ideas
  • Schedule and publish posts on all platforms
  • Write exciting and fresh copy for multiple mediums, including social media (paid and organic), email marketing, Amazon, Google, and podcast advertisements
  • Consistently stay up to date on the industry’s best practices, viral trends, and algorithm changes to optimize content strategy

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, or related field
  • Required 2-3 years of proven relevant experience (e.g. Content Creator, Social Media Management, Copywriter, or similar role)
  • Experience with successfully curating social media feeds and growing accounts on all platforms from Instagram and Facebook to TikTok and Pinterest
  • Preferred experience with creating TikToks and/or Reels
  • Experience writing ad copy for multiple platforms
  • Experience with social media scheduling platforms (e.g. Hootsuite, Later, Planoly, etc.)
  • Ability to effectively balance and prioritize across multiple projects, be open to feedback, and adapting to direction

 

Amazon Specialist - North America

Brand’s account management at Amazon.com via Seller Central (3P).

Complete oversight and daily management of the Amazon accounts, their long-term objectives, and ongoing strategic planning.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing product line management, inventory stock levels and performance.
  • Executing SEO-based online content.
  • Working alongside the marketing team to create successful campaigns.
  • Inventory analysis and forecasting.
  • Cross-team collaboration (marketing, sales, design, IT, supply chain, customer service, and finance) to optimize the brand’s Amazon's growth and profitability.
  • Manage new product launches within the platform.
  • Competitors tracking and analysis.
  • P&L breakdown and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Previous Amazon FBA account management experience is a must.
  • Experience in merchandising, account management, and marketing preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Amazon Seller Central platform and technical problem-solving experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon advertising, campaign execution, and reporting.
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to multi-task, be able to leverage data to inform and make recommendations, and work well in a fast-paced, high-energy team environment.

Position Details:

  • Full-time, salary-based role with performance bonus.
  • The position is located in-house at our Charleston office location (NOT A REMOTE POSITION). Periodic travel may be required.
