Orders from this website can be shipped anywhere in the US.
To make an order to Europe, please visit nanobebe.co.uk. All orders over $49 ship FREE (standard shipping) Any order under has an $8 flat rate (standard shipping)

Exchange and Return Period
Exchange or return your item anytime from the original purchase date within 30 days if:

  • Original receipt is provided;
  • Item(s) are new, unopened and in original packaging;
  • With 30 days of original purchase date;

  • Gift items must include the gift receipt.

    Non-Returnable Items
    Some items are not able to be returned, including:

    • Clearance items (All sales are final on clearance items);
    • As-is items;
    • Items damaged or abused;
    • Items missing any accessories
    • Opened items;
    • Products shipped outside of the United States.

    Shipping Charge Policy on Refunds & Exchanges
    Delivery, packaging, and shipping charges are not refundable. Additional shipping charges may be assessed on replacement items unless the exchange is for the replacement of a defective product being returned according to our Exchange and Return Period policy, provided that the same product is re-shipped.

    Once an item is removed from the packaging, the item must be handled through the manufacturer, according to federal law. Maintain your receipt and contact the manufacturer directly for warranty issues.
