Refund policy

At Nanobébé, we strive to exceed expectations and offer a 30-day-from-delivery return policy for our customers. 

Please read the following before submitting a return request.

By submitting a return request, you indicate that you have read and accept the following:

  • To be eligible for a refund, all items must be in the original packaging in new, unused condition. 
  • Refund processing time: 15 days. 
  • Exceptions will be made in the event of defective or incorrect products shipped by Nanobébé.
  • All returned products will be inspected upon receipt prior to any refund being processed. Items that cannot be resold as new will not be refunded or shipped back to the buyer.
  • Shipping is non-refundible, except in the case of product defects or incorrect orders.
  • The customer will pay return shipping costs.
  • Nanobébé will cover the cost of return shipping in the case of product defects or incorrect orders.
  • Items sent back to Nanobébé without prior return authorization are not eligible for refunds.
  • Items purchased from Amazon, Target, Walmart, Babylist, etc., whether online or in-store, will need to be returned directly to the retailer.

How to Initiate a Return for Items Purchased at nanobebe.com

If you need to simply initiate a return for a product purchased from nanobebe.com, please do so via your Nanobébé account.

To help ensure that your return will be eligible for a refund or exchange, please read the Exchange and Return Period and Non-Returnable Items sections below.

Please expect a customer service representative to be in touch with you within 3-5 business days.

Exchange and Return Period

Nanobébé will exchange or return your item purchased from nanobebe.com if you contact us within 30 days from the original delivery date. Exchanges and returns will NOT be accepted without proof of purchase/order number.

If you received this item as a gift, we ask that you have either the order number or name and email of the person who made the original purchase. Your refund will generally be in the same form as the original purchase method.

We reserve the right to deny any return. Items must be new and unopened for returns to be accepted, except in the case of product defects.

Aura Smart Monitor Returns & Exchanges

The Nanobébé Aura Smart Monitor can be returned within 45 days of delivery OR within 21 days of user account activation, whichever comes first. This applies to the Aura Monitor as well as the Monitor + Floor Stand when both items were purchased together in a single order.

Outside of bundled purchases, our standard 30-day return policy applies to the Floor Stand. Otherwise, all standard Nanobébé return policies apply. Customer will pay return shipping except in cases where a damaged or defective product was sent.

Shipping Charge Policy on Refunds & Exchanges

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping costs for the return will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or there was an error made on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for returns. We cannot issue a refund or exchange:

  • without proof of purchase
  • products that have been used or opened
  • if the item has been damaged or if parts have been misplaced by the customer
  • if the item was purchased outside of nanobebe.com (e.g. items purchased from Target must be returned to Target)
  • if the order was shipped outside of the United States or Puerto Rico
  • if the item was sent back to Nanobébé without prior authorization
  • if the item was purchased on clearance or marked as final sale (all sales are final on clearance items).
